I would like all of you to add ONE GREEN item per day to your diet. GREEN is LIFE -- French Fries and Pastries do not add life!! I have "coined" the term "torpedo of death" for breakfast pastries and donuts. I know this may seem silly, but I do see many people near death. I always assess diets -- you live and die at the cup and plate.

Resolutions can be a bit tough on the BRAIN, if you don’t do them the projects or life style pattern may rob you of precious moments down the road from now. Putting off something you need to do, or should do to improve a skill set has the potential to create negative neuro-peptides. You do not want negative emotions or stress wearing your immune system.
