DrB here!! Women statistically have a passion for romance. I am not saying females do not want to be intimate – but I do know if men would spend more time being with “mamma” his passionate desires to have rendezvous would increase. I have spoken to so many men that just do not ever seem to get it. They can spend their entire lifetime missing the ever illusive boat.    Deb and I spent a lot of time researching out book with questionnaires and listening interviewing couples married for a long time, some who were on second marriages and many married over twenty five years. Sometime I think it is the personalities of the individuals who are in the relationship. Happy personalities, ones that cooperate and appreciate each other just seem to stay married. I encounter the pleasant and happy men who go out of their way to do the little things for their wives have smiles on their faces. I have seen other men, who walk ahead of their wives, say sarcastic remarks, spend more time with their “buds” and always seem to have wives who are so unhappy. How is your marriage gentlemen? Do you spend time with your mate? Let me suggest you spend a little less time on the TV, cut back on the internet, instead of Fantasy sports why not create a Fantasy date? Take out to a restaurant that she likes, not a “sports bar” unless of course she absolutely loves it. Finally, how about you do a bit of the cooking; I just made lamb meat balls that we are going to have for dinner tomorrow night.
