An Apple a Day

Eat at least one half of an apple daily, especially a red one, like Fuji or Gala. Red apples are great for digestion and are an excellent source of antioxidants, minerals, and fiber.

Do you have sore joints? Do you regularly consume soda, trans fat and/or sugar? If you do, I guarantee adding beets to your diet will promote optimal liver function. Your liver is the storehouse of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) so eating foods that are rich in these will help to keep this organ functioning at its best.
