Do You Have Dry Skin?

Dry, cracked skin is commonly caused by three factors:
– Lack of calcium
– A deficiency of polyunsaturated fats like flax oil. Flax oil or the omega-3 and the omega-6 fats take calcium to the skin.
– The amount of chlorine in the water during colder months.

When you have dry, irritating skin, a major improvement will occur when you increase your omega oils. I recommend taking one tablespoon of high lignan flax oil daily.
