This is a potential body signal of liver stress. I would suggest eating eggs, onions, and garlic. They are sulfur-based foods that are significant players in the role of detoxification.

Your liver has Phase 1 and Phase II of breakdown. Artificial foods and preservatives need to be processed by the liver before they “harm” the rest of the body. I know today people tell me all the time how hard it is to take time to eat.

What can your purchase at the store that has no additives? I would suggest purchasing a vegetable steamer. They are simple and easy to use. You place  the vegetables on the steamer, heat the steamer, cover the foods you steam until fork tender. We often add sesame seeds, olive oil, and mushrooms. Add anything you like, so long as it has not been processed.

Did you have a bowel movement today?

I would suggest that if you did not, drink more water! I would drink a quart a day; make a daily bag of vegetables. I have a ziploc bag of baby tomatoes, celery, one-half of a red apple, radish slices, and cucumber. I east these items throughout the day; they provide fiber and the feeling of being satiated or full. Celery is a great vegetable; it requires more energy to process than the value that is in the celery stalk itself.
