Is There “Fog” In Your Brain?

Everyday we have people come into our office with major emotional challenges. Does that sound like you? There is a condition called the Seasonal Affective Disorder where emotions of the patient seem to get really low around the middle of August until October or November. I actually have witnessed individuals who never seem to get out of that funk.

Emotions are directly linked to these four different challenges:

1. Insufficient Exercise

2. Stress: Stress weakens the immune system. Part of stagnation is exhausted mineral supplies.

3. Poor Diet Choices: Your body requires a continuous supply of unrefined minerals because they act as the spark to continue to ‘ignite’ the entire body. Zinc is critically needed for the production of DHA. For proper brain and cognitive function, DHA is essential.

4. Lack of Sleep

Does your brain ever feel foggy? It could be because you are eating the wrong fats, or you do not have enough minerals to complete the processing. Stress is one of the main culprits when it comes to mineral depletion. If you don’t feel great currently, and you notice that you have white spots on your nails and have been eating more wheat than you should, you might want to consider the following steps:

– Get a a Hair Analysis to determine your zinc level

– Fill out a Health Survey so we can send you a bottle of the Zinc taste test

If you do not taste the zinc, I suggest taking one tablespoon of flax oil per one hundred pounds of body weight. Flax promotes the production of DHA.
