I’m sorry to trouble you what can I do or take for energy? I’m 45 years old. Thank you!

The best thing you can do, would get to sleep by 10 and to have your adrenals checked with a sit to a stand blood pressure reading. Also, take your armpit temperature first thing when you wake up in the morning.

What is a good appetite suppressant when on a diet? A safe one Thank you so much.

DO NOT start or eat any grain-based carbohydrates or sweets. I would also avoid high fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

Is the thyroid tied into the adrenals?

Yes they are. Your adrenals are the fuel pump and your thyroid is the gas pedal.

Hello, I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency 4 years ago, but the endocrinologist never did anything more than a simple blood test. Never did an ACTH test to see if my adrenal glands were partially functioning. Everything you’re now saying I had or still have, and 4 different endocrinologists have not put anything together. In the past 6 months I’ve lost all my body hair and now am going bald. I’m irate that these doctors gave me 5 minutes twice a year, put my on hydrocortisone and left me with absolutely no information. Now I’ve made plans to go to the Mayo Clinic. I was a competitive athlete and now can’t even put sheets on the bed because if the fitted sheet snaps on my hand I get huge bleeding under the skin. Can’t believe I trusted these idiots. Even an oncologist can’t figure out why I bleed so much; he’s done every test he can think of and says many of my symptoms are not related to adrenal insufficiency. Do they just think if I’m over 60 I should put up with their incompetence and drop dead?

It would be in your best interest to have an Adrenal Stress Index Test. From there, we would treat accordingly.

What are the best fruits to eat?

The only fruit I recommend is ½ red apple each day (Gala, Fuji, etc.)
