-What can I do for fluid retention problems?

There can be two primary reasons for fluid retention in my experience: The first, is your kidneys are not functioning, and the other, is you might have heart distress. I would suggest eating more protein, adding Celtic Sea Salt for minerals, and considering a Carbamide-based product to help remove the extra fluid.

-What can I do to help my eyes with vision and/or strain issues?

Please watch the exercises in video.

-Do you have a segment on elevated liver enzymes? My active, health 23 year-old just got denied life insurance.

Has your child ever had mono, would be a question I would want to know. I would focus on eliminating ALL fruit consumption and adding herbs that heal the liver including, Livotrit, milk thistle, dandelion root, peppermint leaf, and possibly starting the castor oil pack.

-Would grass-fed gelatin also be a good option?

This was based on my “No” Pepto-Bismol video. I am not familiar with using gelatin, but I do recommend a product called Bromelain-Plus CLA and also ginger instead of using PB.

-What can help sugar and dairy addiction?

I would consider adding chromium to your supplement routine (6-9 tablets a day until the addiction is gone). You would also need to consider liver and gallbladder health to help promote bile in your body, for which we use Beta Plus (bovine bile).

-Foods to avoid, to heal this problem of mine. thank you!

More info in video.

-Do you really think large pores on the skin can improve by taking zinc, or would it be more beneficial to take a good multi-mineral supplement? What zinc supplement do you recommend? Also, is it necessary to go on a vegan diet to improve liver function?

Yes, avoid wheat and soy, i recommend Zn-Zyme and Aqueous Zinc.
