-Dr. Bob, you said fruit is not good. I’ve heard that fruit is good for the brain more than fat. What do you think? I know someone who’s had a Candida issue in the past, but because of cognitive issues, they are told to eat fruit because glucose is better for the brain. No meat, low fat, no eggs. I’m really puzzled over this.

One of the best ways to have fat in your brain is to optimize oils (Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile); also, individuals may have a compromised liver function.

-How much iodine should I take in a supplement?

We always recommend, when asking about how much iodine to take, to begin with a Urine Iodine Loading Test to determine the amount you need. We often see 12mg is the typical amount.

-I get a massive migraine BEFORE my menses. My doctor put me on progesterone but it didn’t work. Instead I gained 10lbs in the 10 months that I was on the progesterone. I’m fed up. Still  getting migraines. Help!

This is often a body signal to me of too much estrogen, you may consider Ca-D Glucarate and also a urine estrogen test and/or saliva hormone panel (Contact).

Dear Dr. Bob, can you please address tonight how much vitamins B, C, D, E etc. And minerals women 65 and over need to be taking for a guide line and also how many calories to lose weight is healthy? Thank you.

The way you determine is through testing, and the most effective way is our Organix Test (contact us), since everyone is different to their nutritional needs.

Is there an answer for cellulitis? Help needed, please! It’s on my underarms. Thank you

I would work on lymph drainage. (More info in video)

I have arthritis in my shoulder. My doctor recommends Tylenol arthritis. Your thoughts please.

Commonly, I do not see arthritis with someone unless they have had trauma or repetitive stress. Females tend to have more bursitis challenges; I would begin with apple cider vinegar.

Hello; could you tell me what would cause aching eyes which sometimes goes into a headache. Don’t drink, smoke and went to an ophthalmologist about 6 months ago that said my eyes are good.  Even talking about eye health almost makes me throw up and get queasy so I definitely do not want to go again to the eye specialist, plus they put those drops in your eyes that cause them to dilate and get dry!

It can be a lot of things (More info in video).
