Hi doctor, please tell me beauty tips.

My number one natural beauty tip would be to drink water. Then, avoid the combination of sugar and protein (which is glycation) that create an inflammatory state and premature wrinkles.

What can I do for a stomach virus?

It’s important to stay away from sugar. I also recommend Agripset-L and peppermint leaf.

I would like to know is it important that the toothpaste strengthen and protect the enamel of your teeth against acidic food and beverages and remove plaque from my teeth?

I discuss the phosphorous/calcium balance in my new, “Guide to Prevent Surgery.” Stress also impacts the quality of your teeth.

I wanted to add some information to the question I sent you my granddaughter 6 or 7 year-old when she had her tonsils removed because she kept getting strep throat. And I want to know is can this be prevented? How should  strep throat be treated with diet or antibiotics for an adult. My son is 28-years-old and His daughter about 7 years old.

What are good foods to eat if your kidneys have cysts?

Any blood tests for the liver?

Yes, we complete the ALT, AST typically.

What about RA disease, can it be from a fatty liver as well?

Often, auto-immune is gut.

Hi I would like to add weight in the right way how is it possible for me to do so in a healthy, I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Thank you.

You do not want to gain weight eating carbs. I would eat nuts and avocados to begin.

How do you do a castor oil pack and for how long?

Forty-five minutes is best to begin.

What about coffee (in regards to the liver?)

I drink organic half-caf that is not chemically processed.

How do we know if liver enlarged or fatty?

An x-ray is the way we find them (standing films).

Is it better to eat greens raw or cooked?

Combine the two.

What can I do to make up for no gallbladder? Is there certain foods i should eat?

We used a bovine-based bile.

Which tea is better for liver health – milk thistle or dandelion?

They both are excellent.
