Ask Dr. Bob December 27, 2013

These were the questions that were asked in this episode of #AskDrBob. Click the blue box to watch the video. Thank you for sending us your general health questions. We hope they make a difference in your life.

1. From last week (December 20). What about OxyContin?

Personally, I would not use it. From my experience, make sure they consume the right oil (coconut, flax, and/or anchovy), and it has DHA in it. Vitamin B and Celtic Sea Salt are optimal, too.

2. What are the best New Year’s Resolutions for 2014?

Make sure to take time to rest! Try to be in bed by 10, which allows your body enough time to heal. If you want to join us for #OptimalU, click here!

3. What do I do for cracked nails?

The best would be to drink enough water (one quart), consume oil and take calcium.

4. What can I do for thinning hair?

Thinning hair is a body signal of subpar thyroid function, which is impaired by chlorine, fluorine, and bromine. Personally I take 12 mg of iodine per day which helps thyroid. Oil consumption again, is important, to help thinning hair. You can also watch my “Get To Know” Hair.
