1. Celtic Sea Salt looks like a teaspoon is 1920 mg, while you answer the iodoral question, tell us what you recommend as a daily dosage on the celtic sea salt as well.

Traditionally I recommend a  ¼ teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt per day on a regular basis.

2. You mention you take 25 mg of Iodoral, which is 2 of the 12.5 mg tablets from the 90 count bottle. What do you feel is safe to take as preventative for someone who was restricting salt?

At the present time, I use Iodizyme-HP (one tablet per day). Before you start iodine, I recommend a TSH T3 T4 examination to see how your iodine is working looking at T4. A urine iodine loading test also helps to determine your iodine levels.

3. I just received a THS of 17.47 and do not want to take drugs.

In our practice we use GTA, which is porcine thyroid tissue. Also Iodizyme-HP and L-Tyrosine.

4. Can you give advice please about gum infection/disease with shooting pain?

If it’s an infection, talk to your dentist. I would avoid sugar. I also consume Agrisept-L, which is a natural antibiotic of citrus seed extract only.

5. What do you think about Amy’s foods, soups, etc?

Make sure to read the ingredients. I do not promote soy, canola or hydrogenated oil, sugar (evaporated cane juice), dairy (I know they have pizza), or gluten.

6. What’s your prescription for high blood pressure?

In our practice, we use magnesium (liquid and solid).
