-Do we need (Vitamin D) it to be higher if cancer runs in the family, or if there is already a DEXA scan showing osteoporosis (a 3 or 4), or if one is on chronic Prednisone?

I like to see your vitamin D number between 40-50. If it is higher, from my experience, you would have a calcium absorption concern. If you’re exercising and your skin starts to itch two miles into your run, you might have a calcium def and/or if your leg cramps at night.

-What would be the cause of deep groove running up and down a middle fingernail (right hand) that appeared suddenly one day?

From my experience, nail ridges are adrenal, moon-shaped nails are anemia, and peeling nails would be a digestive problem, more info here.

-I was searching some information about my problem. Ever since i was put on statin medication, my muscles in bad condition, very painful. Seems like it is damaged. I think i am going to stop these medications and try the natural way to get my cholesterol level down. It was very high, according to my internal specialist. Thank you for your video, you have opened my eyes. I am following all the subject you are talking about. I am 61 years old and lately feeling really not well.

Eating my ABC’s (1/2 red apple, 1/3 cup beet fiber, 1 medium carrot) has the potential to lower your cholesterol up to 40%. You might also have a low thyroid and high stress. I would consider Tocotrienols.

-You seem to have some good advice, but I have a question..? Why would you go from a Kinetico Reverse-Osmosis to a GE brand when the removal rates and design of the Kinetco are so much more consumer oriented..? My wife is autoimmune and following you, but makes me question your thoughts..? Please advise..

More info in video.

-Hi Dr Bob, I have a very weird question. My body skin that is exposed to the white bedsheets at night is leaving a purple stain which is very hard/impossible to wash out. I am not on any meds, eat 90% clean, 80% raw, juice every day. Stopped magnesium spray, chlorella and turmeric and it has not stopped. No hair dye etc, clean personal products. Do you know what this is? Am I really ill? Many thanks

I would consider making sure your liver is ok and drinking enough water. I would add steamed and sauteed. You might consider some of the tests I discuss in the video, and Bio-GGG-B.

-Is there anything that is equal to the medication “Arimidex”. I’m used to taking organic or homeopathic type remedies. I do not like medication that has side effects. Any information sent to me will be appreciated.

Thank you,  Arimidex (chemical name: anastrozole) is an aromatase inhibitor approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat:.

I would consider adding Chyrsin and broccoli.

-I had cancer (I did overcome that) I was told I had type 2 diabetes, in 2010. What diet can you suggest, I tried all kinds and nothing works, I fasted and did not eat, that was the only way to get my levels down. I am now on two medications. I want to beat this so bad but how? I eat mostly raw food. Please advise.

I would begin exercising and add a mix of sauteed vegetables and steamed.

-Can you please give me your opinion on the safest cookware to use, and let me know when I you will be posting your answer?  I’ve heard ceramic is good, but I trust your judgment and want to know your thoughts.

We primarily use stainless steel.
