My belly is distended which causes me to not be able to bend down and do everyday things. So over the last 10 yrs. my life has been on the decline. Help! Now 60 yrs old.

A large belly can mean your liver is enlarged. I would suggest having someone take a film of your spine. Also, you may have heart or kidney stress.

Hi Dr. Bob, Is it safe to treat Strep Throat with “Sovereign Silver” 10 ppm. I have been spraying 15 sprays every 2 hours. I have had Strep since Monday. The fever broke last night. I’m feeling better though my throat is still pretty sore. I really don’t want to have to take antibiotics but I’m hoping the silver is doing the trick!

We would use olive leaf and a probiotic, chronic throat is often a gut problem.

My blood pressure is up and down. I hate taking my meds because I know what it can do to me long run. Any options natural herbs OR minerals.

Magnesium helps stabilize blood pressure (kale).

Melasma? What is this a body signal for? How can it be treated holistically? I’d love a video that would address this. I’ve been told to stay out of the sun. But, is there a hormonal imbalance that this is associated with?

Melasma (muh-LAZ-muh) is a common skin problem. It causes brown to gray-brown patches on the face. Most people get it on their cheeks, bridge of their nose— (your liver or pituitary). I would suggest a hair analysis.

Hi There! I am schedule for an abdominal CT with contrast (barium, they said). What can I do to prepare myself for the barium and CT radiation, and also for a detox afterwards? Thanks so much.

I would recommend chlorella and chlorophyll.

What would you recommend for a 50 years old woman who starts getting hot flashes, usually lasts some minutes. Is there anything that can be done about it? To stop it?

Hot flashes are common with individuals with adrenal and thyroid fatigue. We help this by supplementing with a balance of omega oils. (Iodine, TSH T3 T4, Bloodspot Test are mentioned)

Do you promote eating carrot greens?

YES you can eat them. I do not eat them personally.

In regard to sugar and HONEY? What about maple syrup? Why not honey? What about local honey?

My question for you today is regarding the “liver” and “bacteria infection.” The doctor said, that I have a tumor on my liver and he prescribed “afinitor” for me to take on a daily basis. I got the opportunity to see you on Marilyn Hickey Ministries and you suggested a “wool cloth” and “castor oil” on the liver, and so I did. Since my last visit to doctor, the tumor have shrunk.

My question for you is, I feel great and I have some thinning of the hair along with a yeast or bacteria infection. I notice I have an odor, when I eat any breads, potatoes, cheese and pastas. Can you give me some suggestions regarding the tumor along with the yeast infection and how to thicken the hair?

We manage yeast with caprin. Your thyroid also would need help (TSH, T3, T4). I also recommend “The Yeast Connection”.

I’ve had a hypothyroid since I was seventeen but now it seems I exhibit symptoms of both an overactive and underactive thyroid. I am tired of all these symptoms and want to feel better. What kinds of questions do I need to ask my doctor? What can I do? Why am I exhibiting symptoms of both.

First, I would recommend my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones”. We always encourage a TSH, T3, T4, we always follow the numbers.

My hair has been thinning, I have been taking a B complex vitamin, biotin, calcium, D3. My hair is still falling out what else can I do to help with the thinning.

I would recommend helping your thyroid (TSH, T3, T4) and possibly a Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile. (More info in video)

Hello, I have a relative who has toenail fungus and has tried different over the counter products and hasn’t been able to get rid of it. She was wondering if you may have suggestions of what to do and or products that would help get rid of it. She’s used mouthwash, tea tree oil, over the counter toe fungus creams, cut sugar back out of her diet etc. Do you know what causes it and how she can get rid of it without going on prescription drugs that can affect the liver. She currently is in good health and isn’t on any prescription drugs. Thank You!

Nail fungus is often a gut fungus. Sulfur-based foods help clean the gut. Also, Agrisept.

Checking to see what might cause little round red spots to appear on my arms – usually  ½ the size of a dime and they last about 4 or 5 days.  I get one or two almost each week.  I feel like my body is trying to tell me something is not right!

This is often a liver issue. I would recommend a castor oil pack, reading my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones”, or “Men’s Health-The Basics”.
