My first question is how does your daily exercise routine look like?

I begin to bouncing on a 65 cm ball for 15 minutes. Depending on the weather, I will ride my bike for thirty minutes, and then come home and stretch with bands and rotate with free weights (shrugs, rows, overheads) and sit ups. At night I often walk for two miles.

What is your opinion on eating duck? Would you promote it?

I usually eat duck during the holiday season. I know from experience, preparing duck at home can be a lot of work. Organic duck is preferable.

What is your opinion on (facial) and laser hair removal? Would you promote it as safe?

It is most likely a hormonal imbalance, and can possibly be a cyst on your ovary. You may consider a saliva test (contact).

How would I go about supporting my body when dealing with Dysphagia? This condition started about 7 yrs back and have been dealing with it since. Thanks in advance for your suggestions:

Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) means it takes more time and effort to move food and/or liquid from your mouth to your stomach. I would suggest foods with potassium (avocado, cucumber, no bananas).

Hi Dr Bob I am watching your video’s on you tube from last year. It always helps. Thx. I have sinus problem since August 2014. I had surgery in March 2015. It didn’t help at all. I take antibiotic it helps for few weeks. Then some issues starts again like pressure pain cheek bones close to nose then sinus Headache. My age is 34. I need help. I saw your picture today that not to eat peanut butter which I don’t use ever.

The leading cause of sinuses from my experience are low thyroid, dairy, sugar, gluten, and peanut butter.

I just have a question about a severe and reassuring issue I have with Candida. I am a 22 year old women and I have had reassuring vaginitis and yeast infections since junior high and high school. I have tried so many things to get rid of the issue but nothing ever seems to work.  I have tried antibiotics from the doctor and drug store medications and kits. Also, I have tried more natural remedies like garlic, apple cider vinegar, candex, caprylic acid, oil of oregano, and cranberry juice. Nothing seems to work or get rid of this issue. I have seen countless doctors that never can help me and I have also tried alternative holistic doctors as well. I am not sure what else to do or try because I feel like it contributing to a lot of other health issues I am experiencing. I get my period twice a month and each time afterwards the infections seem to be much worse. Also, I can not seem to gain weight no matter how hard I try. I am on a very healthy and clean diet where I do not eat dairy, corn, gluten, soy, and some other smaller groups of food. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to help treat and heal this reassuring issue. Thank you so much!

I would check for parasites. Contact us for more information.

I listened to your last month’s online show on digestion and I don’t recall you mentioning what to do about bad breath.

Bad breath is often not enough digestive enzymes. Also, do not combine starches when eating animal protein.

This question is related to the rice cakes, since you recommended them in your book Dr. Bob’s Men’s Health – The Basics, as a breakfast suggestion. However I came across one of your videos, in which you said you only promote (eat) brown rice. Therefore, I was wondering if the rice cakes you have are also made of brown rice, or if they are made from white rice.

I eat my rice cakes from brown rice.

Moreover, I was wondering whether you think the same about Basmati rice, since I have read that this rice has many health benefits, unlike plain white rice.

Truthfully, I eat minimal rice.

How to cure puffy eyes?

It’s best to drink more water and limit or avoid gluten and dairy.

What would you recommend for men with joint pain in the buttocks area? What can be the cause, and what should be avoided? Is there natural remedies/food for pain in this area?

Pain in that region can be from a disc in your low-back area. It’s best to have X-Rays.

Do you promote any specific tea/ herbal tea for men and women for optimal health?  Which tea do you drink on a regular basis?

I do not drink tea.

Hello Dr. Bob, I’m a little confused about the Trans fat issue. Are unsaturated fats the same as trans fats? How do i know Trans fats are in the products i eat?!

Trans fat alters normal fat production in your body; it is a twisted molecule.

In regards to peanut butter and allergies? Does this apply to sinusitis and allergies?

Peanut butter has a mold and protein that can create digestive distress.
