I’m writing you to ask about my 7 year old son; he has ADHD, dmdd, and odd I refuse to put him on medication but he is struggling really bad he’s been in a different school every year so far and as of now is in a alternative school but I can’t stand that he’s there. He’s not learning because supposedly they try to teach him how to make better choices and to deal with his behavior better. I don’t feel they’re doing much of anything I want him to have a great school experience and to learn on his level he’s very smart just can’t concentrate can you please please help me I’ve tried everything there is and can’t figure him out! Hi Dr. Bob! Love your videos! Aside from exercise and losing weight, what can people who suffer from sleep apnea do to get rid of the problem?
From my experience, having your cervical spine checked for a C-curve, plus, eliminating wheat are good benchmarks to stop sleep apnea.
Dr Bob, I’m a male 59 and would like to know what i can take that’s not expensive in a supplement. For prostate health mine is little swollen but my Dr says not bad at all with my age. My urine flow is kind of slow but not bad and i only get up at night 1 or 2 times to pee. Also i take cinnamon capsules and this has really helped lower my cholesterol and triglycerides A LOT. Been thinking about taking fish oil capsules but heard fish oil may hurt my prostate??? Any help is much appreciated and God Bless you always!
Have you ever treated anyone that has polymyalgia?
Yes. We often find it to be an adrenal fatigue issue. Begin by stopping all sugar, fruit, and/or dairy.
What is causing round white spots on only my forearms?
I honestly do not know.
I get hiccups every time I eat or drink (especially when I drink liquids, like water). They only last for a few moments but it concerns me and they are very strong. I’m even having them throughout the night while trying to sleep. Is this something I should worry about or see a doctor?

So what is the best thing to eat for breakfast besides 1/2 red apple.
I would focus on protein and fiber -> Eggs, avocados, sweet potatoes, walnuts. Anything without sugar.
Is there a natural way to treat a hernia?
