We use bromine for hot tub. Now what…convert to chlorine?

No! You may consider a saline/salt solution. (More info in video)

What are your thoughts on bladder wrack to help with iodine and thyroid health?

It may help, but it is best to follow the numbers (TSH T3 T4)

My 3 month old daughter is taking baby’s jarro-dophilus drops (recommended by her chiropractor because she was only having 1 BM/week. I noticed on the back it says other ingredients sunflower oil, vitamin e, & citric acid. I’d assume the amounts are minimal but could that affect her health? Is there a different probiotic I could give her?

I would suggest drinking more water and have your child’s spine be adjusted. (More info in video)

Dr. Bob, what you think of a product called Kyo Green? (Dave Frahm, naturopath recommends it all the time, and I see the product contains lead). That concerns me. Your thoughts on it?

I do personally not know the source, I always recommend eating organic greens. (More info in video)

Will it (Celtic sea salt) make me retain water?

From my experience, CSS is an unrefined mineral, and I have not seen water retention. If this would be a concern for you, consider having your heart and/or kidneys checked.

Hi Dr. Bob, I have a question….what can you do for a bad white coating on the tongue, possibly thrush, from antibiotics and too much sugar? Appreciate your help. And is it possible to get rid of it fairly fast? Also, would diflucan be ok to take for it or something better?

This is oftentimes a result of toxic accumulation. Make sure your colon is functioning at 100%.

Hi Dr. Bob,  I love your videos and I so appreciate all of the information you share with us! I wanted to get your opinion on a “next step” for us. My husband is a chiro in Oklahoma. He’s been having issues with his feet for 8-10 years. It started on his right foot with tingling and has progressed to the point of pain in both feet. He says they feel pressurized even though they don’t appear swollen. He sees a lot of patients per day and his feet don’t bother him but when he stands still or even when he’s sitting they drive him crazy. He has to wear larger sized shoes and has to take them off anytime he’s sitting down. His blood sugar is normal and he doesn’t have any health issues. He has taken several different supplements through the years, had his feet adjusted and has had reflexology. I did a thermography scan on his feet last year and they are definitely hot on the soles. The thermography doc wasn’t able to determine the cause. He just had an MRI on Friday and it basically came back normal; no pathologies, inflammation, etc. He doesn’t want to visit a podiatrist because he doesn’t want shots, drugs or surgery. I just thought maybe you might be able to provide some insight. We are just at a loss, but I want to find out a reason. You both help so many people, you deserve to feel good too, I would appreciate any info you could share with me. Thank you for your time!

Feet have everything to do with your liver. I would suggest Phosphatidylcholine and B vitamins, also, no sugar.

Hi. I find your work very interesting and i have one question I hope you could answer. Could you could tell me if blueberries, both wild and from the garden, is part of the nightshade family and should be avoided? Kindly regards.

Generally, nightshades are green peppers, eggplant, and white potatoes. (More info in video)

Dr. Bob, For all of us, what is the difference between hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism?  How do we find out about our own status?

Hypo is low and Hyper is high. The difference is based on lab results and body signals. (More info in video)

My Dr says my blood test shows 40% kidney function. Where does that show up on the blood test papers?  What can I do to improve this?  Thanks

We use the BUN and GFR. If your liver is tired, the kidneys take more; make sure your liver is functioning optimally.

I fell, fractured my hip, had surgery and have bursitis in the hip area. Cat scan shows some arthritis in that area. It’s very painful. Is there anything you can recommend to help alleviate the pain? Thank you for any advice you can give me.

We use an enzyme with Trypsin (contact us) and NO sugar!
