#AskDrBob: Tourette's

December 15, 2017

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including Tourette Syndrome. Please click the blue box to view Dr. Bob’s answers. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

A friend of mine has a nine year old child with a horrible case of Tourettes. They were pulled out of school for tantrums & couldn’t cope with others. They’re still having major anxiety issues at home & have great difficulty being in any social setting. Their diet is clean, with NO sugar & few bad carbs. Do you have any ideas to help? Supplements? Thank you for ANY advice.

We have and do help individuals with Tourettes Syndrome at The Drugless Doctors. I always recommend reading my “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days” where I suggest that your body NEEDS oil. I would encourage a Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile to determine the exact amount of oil your or your friend’s body needs. (More info in video).

Was listening to you about the belly fat and the bent knee sit ups. What is CLA, how does it work and where do I get it. I’m so happy I found you. Thanks.

The CLA that we suggest,  contains 600 mgs of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) extracted from high linoleic acid containing sunflower and safflower oil.  It has been shown to improve metabolism by helping the body reduce fat levels (especially girdle fat) and increase muscle retention.

What can I do to cure gum disease? What foods should I eat?

I personally use a Agrisept-L with 10 drops a day in 4-6 oz. of water. It’s also important to avoid sugar. We use Biost and Osteo-B (contact) at our practice with great success as well.

Dr. Bob, I’m 64 and still suffer with hot flashes, any remedy?

I have found that hot flashes are caused primarily by these four areas: lack of iodine, adrenal fatigue, not enough oil, and/or low blood sugar. (More info in video)
