Everyday I have many individuals ask me a variety of their health concerns, but one of the most popular is “How do I detox?”

I find it funny that the question never begins with “Should I” or “When do I”, it’s “how”, suggesting they already have their mind made up a detox is something their body needs.

It’s true you should be asking these questions if you feel the need to purify your body, but detoxification is not a “diet” or a “juicing” plan, rather, it is a lifestyle towards optimal health.

Over the next nine weeks, the #DruglessDetox, which finds its blueprint from my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification”, will serve as a purification program that will help you remove unwanted debris (aka toxins) and restore your body to optimal function.
