The food we eat impacts our daily function and is cleared by our detoxification systems. Our bodies respond and neutralize what can appear to be a “foreign” or unfriendly proteins that are common in select food groups and will protect our cells with a variety of life-saving systems. Food intolerances are more common today because of poor digestion and food choices that are often hybridized (GMO).
I have seen over time, that these types of foods can create body signals that cause distress and/or an intolerance which impacts your organ and glandular systems.
This month might not be a “quiz”, rather than a question of do you experience these on a daily basis, or only with a specific type of food/food type? This list a common with foods including wheat, dairy, and peanut butter. I also see food intolerances with the nightshade family (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and green pepper).
