Three Causes of Sinuses

What are the top three sinus antagonists?

1. Dairy Products

2. Peanut Butter

3. Subluxation or mis-alignment of the second vertebrae in the neck.

Clear Nose Protocol:

First, I strongly encourage my patients to stop yogurt, ice cream, and other dairy products. I know some of you feel dairy is necessary and critical for optimal calcium fulfillment. Can I tell you the last mineral you need the most is calcium. You can get the calcium you need from sesame seeds, almonds, and greens. I encourage kale, mixed greens, broccoli, cabbage, and other vegetables.

Next, I encourage our patients to replace peanut butter with almond butter. Conventional peanut butter has sugar in it, plus hydrogenated oils. These oils irritate the body, including creating inflammation. Peanut butter along with dairy is one of the leading causes of ADHD. The partially hydrogenated oils in peanut butter are devastating.

Lastly, why does the misalignment of the second cervical spine cause sinuses? Sinuses like other organs in the body need information from the brain. When the second cervical in the spine is compressing vital nerves, one of the tissues affected include the sinus cavities. I consistently have patients tell me how their sinuses clear within seconds after a skilled specific spinal adjustment is applied to their spine.
