Bad Breath


A variety of factors, including poor digestion in the stomach, can cause bad breath. A deficiency of enzymes leads to putrefaction of food being processed, and the esophagus (or tube from the stomach to throat) acts as a release valve spewing foul odors. The mouth harbors bacteria for processing food nestled in between teeth, which can also cause breath issues.


Proper oral hygiene can reduce breath issues, along with food that promotes optimal digestion. I rinse my mouth with four to six ounces of water containing ten drops of Agrisept-L, which controls bacteria growth throughout the body.
