Cholesterol

Description

There is plenty of cholesterol and saturated fat confusion. At one time, because of the fear of high cholesterol, trans fat was introduced into the marketplace. The food industry responded to the high cholesterol scare and introduced trans fat thinking it was a safe alternative.

The truth is cholesterol is neither bad nor good. The term LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol creates the misconception that cholesterol is fat. In reality, it is a unique alcohol molecule called a sterol. Cholesterol controlled dietary intake will not consistently lower your cholesterol. There are other factors. It has properties that create a softening effect on blood vessels made hard by too much-saturated fat. In technical terms, cholesterol makes cell membranes more fluid by inserting itself between the saturated fats in the cell membrane, and it’s a critical steroid building block for hormones which are essential for a healthy existence.

Drugless Cholesterol Protocol

-Reduce your sugar and trans fat intake

-Take one tablespoon of flax oil per one hundred pounds of body weight, while avoiding cheese and red meat.

-Cholesterol is needed by the body to function. If levels are lower than 160, other health problems can occur.

-Begin incorporating Dr. Bob’s ABCs which include ½ red apple, one medium carrot, and ⅓ cup of beet fiber per day to help lower cholesterol.

-If your cholesterol remains high and you experience cold hands and feet, then you will want to have a thyroid panel. The results of your thyroid test, when treated accordingly, can decrease your cholesterol without medication.

Testimonial

“When I began care with Dr. Bob, I had very high cholesterol. My conventional doctor wanted to start me on Lipitor. After reading about this drug and the side effects, I decided to try something else. I have cut way back on sugar, and I don’t even get close to vending machines – no pop or soda! I have also started Dr. Bob’s ABCs, and even though it has been difficult reducing my sugar intake, I have lowered my cholesterol 20 points and lowered my triglycerides 170 points with Dr. Bob’s help. I also have no aches or pains as I did before.” – Fred S.
