We are beginning to see a rise in Alzheimer’s and memory loss in both actual numbers, and in younger individuals. From my experience, the leading cause of memory loss and Alzheimer’s is due to inflammation and adrenal fatigue. Your adrenal glands create cortisone, which extinguishes the inflammation “fire” in your body, and stress and sugar consumption place a demand on your body’s adrenal function.

System

Although not technically a “system,” your memory originates in your nervous system. Our body is one mass of electrical components and connections traveling along delicate nerve fibers. Your nervous system is made of several groups, all of which depend on your brain as the central focal point, sending billions of daily messages that analyze and respond to stimuli.

Drugless Memory Protocol

-Avoid trans fats, including partially hydrogenated oils. One serving can linger for months, sabotaging the creation of “good” brain fat.

-Stop eating artificial preservatives, taste enhancers, synthetic colors, and other processed food items; these attack DHA long-chain fat production.

-Add either one tablespoon or organic omega-3 flax oil per one hundred pounds of body weight.

-Do not take an aspirin. It tricks your body and interrupts DHA production.

-Do not use proton pump inhibitors. If you experience digestive distress, supplement with Hydro-Zyme, one in the middle of each meal.

-Avoid gluten; it interrupts the absorption of minerals, stopping DHA production.

-Consider receiving an Omega Oils Serum Profile.
