#OptimalU-Week 21 Recap

Hi Everyone!

This week we celebrated those who serve and have served our country via the military. Having been abroad many times, we are very blessed to live in the USA. Over the past week, a few of my #OptimalU’s were about eggs and utilizing them for a meal during breakfast and lunch, beets, and more. Tomorrow (Wednesday, the 28th) we will be having our May #OptimalU Live event from 9-9:30. You can RSVP here; I hope that you can make it!

Day 1: Clean livers are healthy livers. Grate raw beets onto your salad today!

Day 2: Eat leafy greens to help protect eyesight.

Day 3: Add eggs to your diet regularly. Stay away from “plastic” liquid eggs in a carton.

Days 4-6 Off

Day 7: Sauté eggs, spinach and mushrooms in butter for breakfast. Skip the margarine.
