Almond Flour Pie Crust

This is an option if you are on a gluten-free diet.


1 1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup coconut or rice oil

2 tablespoons brown rice syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine dry ingredients together

Combine wet ingredients together

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients

Pat dough into a 9 1/2 inch glass pie dish

Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes
