Dr. Bob's Sautéed Broccoli & Onions

Broccoli is one of the very best foods to assist everyone with the management of synthetic estrogen hormones found everywhere in our environment. Broccoli and onions are excellent sources of sulfur which support joint, skin and muscle health.


Head of broccoli cut into small florets

One red or white onion sliced thin

Pint of mushrooms sliced 1/8 of an inch

Two tablespoons olive oil

¼ to ½ teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt or to taste


Start with medium heat and the two tablespoons of olive oil. Do not cover (covering the pan will add water)

Sauté the sliced onions; cook to light brown

Cut the broccoli to small flowerettes and sauté until vibrant green

Add mushrooms when the broccoli starts to turn green

Add the Celtic Sea Salt near the end of the sautéing process
