Dr. Bob’s Stir Fry

Ingredients & Prep:

Choose meat of choice-suggestions: chicken, lamb, turkey, beef. Cut meat into chunks or strips.

Vegetable(s) of choice: onions, any color of peppers, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts, or bean sprouts.

Saute the meat in either rice or coconut oil. Add onions until translucent-then vegetables in the order of hardness. For ex: mushrooms take no time at all-but peppers take a few more minutes to soften.

Stir after every entry. Add any herb you like that will enhance your dish.

We oftentimes use garlic powder, poultry seasoning, basil, or oregano.

The dish does not take too long. Start with meat at a higher temperature and lower while adding vegetables. I put on the lid in between vegetable additions.

Serve over rice noodles or brown rice. I like to pour flax oil over the finished product for extra taste-or even sesame seeds.
