Resolutions can be a bit tough on the BRAIN, if you don’t do them the projects or life style pattern may rob you of precious moments down the road from now. Putting off something you need to do, or should do to improve a skill set has the potential to create negative neuro-peptides. You do not want negative emotions or stress wearing your immune system.

Every day I talk to patients who want to get Healthy. I use to have patients come into the office with PAIN. Today I have patients of all ages that want to be HEALTHY. Have you thought about what health is? Some people think going to a club and exercising is the way to be healthy. I have observed so many that eat with reckless abandon and exercise to stay thin? That is not HEALTH.
