I watched Dr Bob’s YouTube video and he talked about Asian Indian concept called “Erma” but I do not know how to spell it; therefore, I cannot look it up on Google. According to Dr. Bob, “Erma” is condition where you have white tongue when you wake up. If you could help me how to spell this “Erma” thing, I would greatly appreciate.

As I remember, one finger was infected by a cat scratch & treated after it became infected. It is clear I need to see my physician, but what remedies can I pursue other than the standard intensive antibiotic treatment?
Cat bites/scratches are very serious. We would utilize olive leaf and a probiotic.

To help with electrolytes, your body needs minerals. I would suggest adding Celtic Sea Salt and liquid Bio Multi-Plus.
What can I do after accidentally getting glutened? I have been GF for 3 years now.. I can eat certain foods with no problems.. when I get gluten I normally only get a headache.. I have not been diagnosed Celiac but Sunday night i went to the movies with my family and ate a small cup of Gelato. I don’t know how they made it but before the movie ended I had a headache.. then I came home and felt weird inside.. I went to bed because my body ached, I had a headache and I was nauseated.. I went to bed and was so cold and was shivering.. I had to sleep with a sweatshirt.. I only took 2 pepsid, not knowing what to do. I went to sleep and from 1:30 a.m.- 5:30 a.m. I ran back and forth to bathroom.. I was able to sleep for 2 hours.. then it came back again.. severe pain in the stomach and running back and forth to bathroom.. I couldn’t eat anything because right away I would lose it. Today, I woke up feeling like I got beat up. My stomach is sore and pain coming and going. not too many bathroom trips anymore but trying to keep myself hydrated. I read online to take Turmeric, Omega 3, Essential Enzymes, Probiotics and Ginger tea.. so I have been doing that all day today. I had a slice GF toast with cheese this morning. and a little cup of jello just now. Is there anything else I need to do to feel better and possibly get back to work tomorrow? This was the first time anything like this has happened to me. It was terrible. Like I said, I am not celiac. I initially went to GF because I heard it helped with brain fog. Yes, it did but now, I’m so sick from eating gelato? Thank you for your time.
