What can I do to prevent a fungal infection?

Anyone who has a fungal infection needs to clean their gut. You can do this by halting all sugar consumption and yeast products (breads, cookies, muffins). We help this with Agrisept and Caprin.

How can food be used to reverse azoospermia?

At our practice, we use products from Biotics Research called Cytozyme-Parotid and b-Vital to help.

I know at my age, 66. I still need fiber. But taking it causes IBS flare-ups. One Doc, says take fiber. Another says no. I know stress plays its part too.

Avocado is an excellent source of fiber, and to make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Hello Dr. Bob! What can I do to stop the cold in my feet? Thank you!

I encourage you to help your thyroid gland. You can do this with our TSH, T3, T4  – from there, we always follow the number and supplement accordingly. I also talk about this in my “Guide to Prevent Surgery,” and “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.”

I am 69 and was told by a friend that she takes progesterone. She is 65. Do you recommend this? Also how much iodine do you recommend a person take?

The first thing I would consider is a post-menopausal saliva test to see what your body needs (follow the numbers).
