Dr Bob, cold sores for me are coming from stress. All my vitamin levels are all excellent and there is no deficiency in anything. I hate using Abreva but I need something that will help me. I would love them to go away forever please help. I also take 1000mg magnesium every day, do not eat pork, and limit my dairy intake to very minimal.
Cold sores are from a virus, which is usually lack of calcium (L-Lysine and Bio-CMP)
Hi Dr. Bob, I have this embarrassing problem of fainting at the sight of my own blood. During a blood test I am fine and even watch the nurse draw blood. However, if I am injured or I injure myself and it causes blood I soon after faint. I do have lower than normal blood pressure; this has always been the case for me. Is that the reason why? Thank you, love your program!
It is called “Vasovagal Syncope”, part of the cranial nerves. With low blood pressure, it can accelerate. (More info in video)
For the last 5 years I have been dealing with allergies (test show cat, dust, Mold, grass and weeds) and less than 5 years asthma……I have taken the inhalers and use the prescription nasal spray. When I have taken the prednisone (sp) my sense of smell returns. I never had any of these issues other than the same allergies as a child and then only mild. No meds required. Recently my ENT did a CT scan and shows nasal polyps and a deviated septum. I am a believer and trust the Lord for my healing. I do not want to have surgery on my sinuses! Any suggestions?
From my experience, individuals who have allergies, always have adrenal stress. Have someone take your blood pressure sitting and then standing. You may consider an Adrenal Stress Index and to avoid wheat and sugar.
My son is 18 years old , he is a wrestler and is in great health. He has to take 1 Ranitidine and 1 Zertec every night otherwise his hands swell and hives develop. He has seen an allergist and could not find any allergies. This has been going on for the past five years. Any suggestions or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
Hives suggest adrenal stress (ADB5 is mentioned in video)
Do you have any idea what causes one to get bumps along the eyelids under the area between where the eyelashes grow and the eyeball when one cries? After I cry I have bumps along that area as well as under the eyelids. As well, I have white bumps under my eyelashes on the lower lids that are almost like warts. I take good quality vitamins and minerals and especially ones for eyes and have always been careful to clean my eyelids and soak them with warm to hot compresses. Don’t have an issue with cholesterol, don’t wear mascara or other allergenic makeup; just went to see an ophthalmologist but he didn’t seem to find anything (other than $$$$), nor did he even suggest food or supplements or allergies.
Milia spots under the eyes. Milia spots result when the skin is not able to get rid of dead skin cells as well as it should be. As a result, these skin cells get trapped beneath the skin, resulting in white bumps on the eyelids, cheeks, or nose. According to HealthLine, milia dots form when “keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of the skin. Keratin is a strong protein that is typically found in skin tissues, hair, and nail cells.”
