I have had very dry skin all my life and a toenail infection That nothing,even laser treatment, has made even the smallest impact (tests show no sign of Candida). I am 65 and my skin is thin and lifeless. I still have hot flushes and have recently been diagnosed mildly hypertensive 141/85 average readings. I am also gluten intolerant. I had a very stressful episode in my life and have low cortisol in the mornings. I react quickly to the slightest stressful situation. I have real food, good fats, virtually no sugar, lots of veggies etc and only drink water and herb teas. I take a variety of supplements. Interestingly despite all this I feel and look well. I walk regularly and play tennis. Any suggestions please.
