How do I live a healthy life after my Gallbladder has been removed? I want to do the right things and eat the better foods. I am active and teach Aqua Fit 4 days a week. Thank you.
First, it would be helpful to get my new book, “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Prevent Surgery,” where we discuss how to help the gallbladder. I would stay away from radishes and green peppers, but add neutral foods like zucchini. We use a series of products which provide bile, and also thin the bile to support liver function.
