1. Hi Dr Bob! You have mentioned before in one of your videos that the chemical sodium benzoate used in soda is harmful causing food allergies, yet it is one of the ingredients in the iodine you sell. Could you please explain. Also, what do you think about magnesium sterate used in many supplements today? Is it harmful? I’ve heard conflicting reports. Thanks!
Sodium benzoate is a sodium salt that occurs naturally in some foods, but is also widely used as a preservative. The Sodium Benzoate in the liquid iodine and iodine forte is used a preservative to keep the iodine from growing bacteria because of the kelp that the potassium iodide is derived from. When Sodium Benzoate is combined with ascorbic acid it becomes alkaline

2. Dr. Bob, do you have insight into the health of the tongue? Do you know what the different colors and cracks in the tongue indicate? I know doctors of yesteryear use to always look at the tongue for health but that doesn’t seem to be the case today. Thanks!
The tongue should be a pink color. If your tongue vibrant red, you might need vitamin B, if it is pale, you might be anemic, and if it is white, you might have lung issues. I encourage you to do search for tongue colors online as well.
3. How do you treat anxiety? My body can’t regulate temperatures well especially heat. One time when I was having lots if anxiety I told the dr to do all my thyroid test… My TSH was almost 8…t3 and t4 within normal range.
For anxiety, it is most likely a vitamin B deficiency. We would also check your blood sugar levels.
4. Endroconologist insisted my anxiety has nothing to do with my thyroid…..am not convince of that. Few years back a sonogram was done and I have two very small nodules ….looks benign still dr said this find it’s common in women after 60 years old. Also, when I was young I had problems with ovaries cysts, one time needed surgery. When I get anxious I know my TSH number gets to 6 or higher……any advice? Thanks
Depression challenges could be thyroid concerns. Iodine or lack of can be a factor for your ovary cysts and your thyroid condition.
5. I have a severe panic disorder called agoraphobia. Any suggestions?
One of the tests we do in the office is an electronic stethoscope of your heart called an Acoustic Cardio Graph (ACG). You might need additional vitamin B (Bio-3B-G and Bio-GGG-B)
