Ask Dr. Bob March 21, 2014

These were the questions that were asked in this episode of #AskDrBob. Click the blue box to watch the video. Thank you for sending us your general health questions. We hope they make a difference in your life.

1. How do you get too much copper in your body?

You get too much copper because you don’t have enough zinc. Wheat and soy deplete zinc, and a zinc deficiency is evident with large pores on your face and white spots on your nails. Some of the zinc products we have include Zn-zyme and Aqueous Zinc.

2. I want to get off Effexor 75 mg! How do I go about doing this?

I do not have a license to take anyone off of their medication. My first suggestion is to have a Thyroid (TSH T3 T4) and Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile test done. More information on depression and my “Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days”, which talks about DHA.

3. My eyes burns a lot and have pressure in my eyes. Lately I still have high blood pressure. I have high cholesterol too and am overweight too. I am 62 year old. I have started light yoga, walking and breathing exercise. What should I do about my eyes? Any suggestions? Thanks.

We have used Optic-Plus, which has helped individuals who have pressure in their eyes.

4. I want to know what remedies are available for calcification arteries.  A positive answer will be appreciated.

Do a Google Search for glycation. Sugar and protein create inflammation (more info in video).

5. I have suffered with fungus on my toes for years, they would like to remove them.  Do you have a remedy for toe fungus?

A toe fungus is a yeast problem in your colon. We have had great success with emulsified oregano. More info on your colon/fungus.
