-I am having digestion problems after eating spinach ( well cooked with onion ) or peppermint,coriander or curry leaves,etc . i get constipation and it comes out undigested in my stool. Drinking warm lemon water with honey is causing a lot of acid secretion . What could be the reason?
You might not have digestive enzymes (Hydro-Zyme), that you would take during the middle of the meal. You may also want to consider us for a consultation.
What can you do for welts on your face?
Oftentimes this is adrenal gland fatigue. I might suggest an adrenal stress index.
How should I begin my day?
I would begin your day with warm or hot water and lemon. I would also eat the pulp of the lemon and sip the drink slowly. It will help to stimulate your liver and gallbladder.
What about insulin resistant cells?
Cinnamon has been known to process, but if you crave sugar, I recommend chromium (more information also found in my detox and female hormones books).
