What about in menopause when you have no progesterone? That is — stress, adrenals and cortisol?
I would support adrenal gland function and do your best to reduce stress and sugar consumption.
What is the best way to lower cholesterol naturally?
I would reduce sugar and stress (to the best of your ability), and eat my ABCs (½ red apple per day, 1 medium carrot, ⅓ cup of beet fiber).
I do not have any energy!!! What can I do to help bring it back; I am 55 years old—male.
Do your best to get to bed by 10p and avoid sugar and stress. (More info in video – Hair Analysis)
What foods aggravated liver function?
Nightshades, which are not “bad’ foods, can aggravate your liver. Radishes, also not a “bad” food, can place a demand on your gallbladder if it is congested. Also, anything that is fried, and sugar, aggravates liver function.
