Hello, I’m a supporter. I reached out to you about 10 years ago about my son using your recommended supplements, dietary changes and How to Cure ADHD … Thank you! I’m a 47 yr old female who struggles from time to time with low weight. I’m 5’1″ about 100 lbs. Optimal is about 110-115. Stress is a factor – working on that… Honestly, I’m not hungry and nothing sounds appetizing. I do eat, at least two meals per day and sometimes snack. Do you have any suggestions? I’d be much obliged 🙂

Your adrenal glands can be fatigued and with people that don’t have enough calcium.

I would refrain from carbs in the morning, and eating less (More info in video).
