I am interest in healing from chronic sinus congestion and asthma
Increasing your water consumption will help your sinuses. I would stay away from peanut butter, sugar, and dairy which can promote chronic sinuses and asthma. Sinuses can also be a body signal for a subpar thyroid, which might mean you are not receiving enough iodine.
Hello, Sometime last year I felt like fainting while coming home one day and went to hospital. Ever since then I am challenged when driving and doctor said its panic attack/anxiety. This pushes my blood pressure up.I used to be on blood pressure pill but stopped. Now, I experienced frequent urine and urge to urinate. It’s very irritating. What must I do?
Vitamin B will help your bladder’s muscle. With your blood pressure situation, you might have adrenal fatigue, which there is more information on testing services and products here and here. I would also recommend staying away from sugar.
Hi. I saw you on Marilyn Hickey. I am supplementing with breastfeeding. My baby just turned 4 months. Does breastfeeding make it difficult for some to lose weight. Am I producing too much estrogen because I nurse and can’t lose weight?
Breastfeeding should accelerate your weight loss journey. However, “eat for you” should be your mantra, and focus on becoming calorie conscious by primarily sticking to green vegetables and lean protein.
Thank you for your response to my question regarding Crohn’s in your last Friday’s Posts! My concern with eating the ABC Regimen is that I have chronic Diarrhea and am concerned that the apple might cause it to worsen! I avoid fruits and raw veggies for this reason.
You can bake the apple with cloves or make applesauce, (but do not add sugar).
What can I do to rid my body of eczema that oozes, burns, and itches terribly with some sore lumps?
I have found that eczema responds favorably to Blackcurrant seed oil. I would also be conscious about your gluten consumption and consider eliminating it from your diet.
Sometimes I see what looks like a black splinter under my nail, what does this mean? Splinter hemorrhages look like thin, red to reddish-brown lines of blood under the nails. They run in the direction of nail growth.
This is a body signal from your vascular system that it is inflamed. I would consider a Bloodspot Fatty Acid profile to find out what oils your body needs.
More Info: They are named splinter hemorrhages because they look like a splinter under the fingernail. The hemorrhages may be caused by tiny clots that damage the small capillaries under the nails.
Splinter hemorrhages can occur with infection of the heart valves (endocarditis). They may be caused by vessel damage from swelling of the blood vessels (vasculitis) or tiny clots that damage the small capillaries (microemboli).
I have been working on really being healthy over the past few years. I seem to continue, however, to have seasonal sinus/allergy symptoms-especially in the Spring and Fall-and am wondering if there’s anything I can do to help alleviate these symptoms? These can result in headaches (which have gotten much better though) but I have pain and stuffiness, which can result in a foggy head too. Any suggestions?
I have found that seasonal weather compromises your thyroid gland, which means you might want to consider adding iodine to your regiment. Do a search on YouTube and DruglessDoctor for iodine for more videos.
Which fruits cause neck and back pain?
All sweet fruits cause pain, especially bananas, raisins, and grapes. I only recommend eating ½ red apple daily for fruit consumption.
Is there a natural supplement you recommend for low thyroid from Lyme disease?
For thyroid supplements, our first protocol is a TSH T3 T4 so we can accurately assess what your thyroid needs. I would also consider a CBC with a Differential. For Lyme disease, often I first recommend a consultation with me in order to see exactly how we can specifically help.
What would you recommend for interstitial cystitis?
Bladder concerns are oftentimes a digestive issue. I would consider a digestive aid, Agrisept-L, avoid sugar, and to check yourself for parasites (cat, wild game, sushi).
Hi Dr Bob I am 53 year old woman who is nearsighted and works a lot on the computer. I have Post Viterous Detachment. Is there any supplements I can take or anything I can do?
We use Optic Plus, and I would recommend eating green food, too (Kale, spinach, collard greens, broccoli).
