Hi Dr. Bob! My husband & I are trying to have a baby and we recently found out he has a sperm condition called Teratospermia. We’ve decided to still try naturally because I don’t want to be injected with hormones & the whole IVF route. Can you recommend any food and/or supplements he can take to improve his sperm abnormality?

Dr. Bob I have your book (guide to female hormones) and regularly watch your videos. I’m curious. I’ve suffered from an SI joint instability for roughly 8 years having to adjust it often. I recently learned of the “Atlas” bone and the theory that when it is out of alignment, it can impact the pelvis and virtually everything below it. For years, I was under the impression that the pelvis was the foundation and when it was out of alignment it caused misalignment above it. I have worked hard to improve muscle stability to keep my pelvis aligned. It helps but I’ve been told the ligaments may be “lax”. Can you not regenerate ligaments? I’m curious what your opinion is on the Atlas bone and how that might or might not impact SI joint instability or if you have any insights, or thoughts that I might want to investigate further. Thank you so much!
We have found that this situation is often the cause of adrenal exhaustion. (Stay away from sugar)
I am reaching out to you to see if you can help me in any way with a huge medical issue that I have. To make a long story short, I was on board the USS Ronald Reagan during relief efforts after Fukushima melted down. We were down wind about 30 miles of the coast for nearly a month. The amount of radiation, cesium 126 and 127 if I remember correctly, that we were exposed to is huge. About 2 months after all this I injured my back while working out. Since then my injury and other illnesses that are pretty much not able to be explained by doctors, has gone absolutely crazy. I am emailing you to see if you could help me out in trying to pinpoint if the radiation exposure is the cause for all this and if so what can I do?
I would consider a urine-iodine loading test to assess your iodine levels, that is impacted with potential radiation exposure. You may also consider a mineral tissue (hair) analysis to evaluate toxic or deficient mineral levels, like cadmium.
