Hello, You have a book on preventing surgery. I’m suppose to get a hysterectomy. Already had a hysterscopy. Should I get the surgery or is there another option?
From my experience, hysterectomies are usually from too much estrogen and/or fibroids. If it is not interrupting normal activity, I would postpone. I would also consider using a castor oil pack, and Ca-D Glucarate.
I have arthritis in the C 2-3, and (R) shoulder arthritis. Have pain upon awakening and through the night, neck mostly (L) and down both arms to elbow. Have V also tried many pillows with no relief. I do not take anything for pain. Any suggestions for relief?
I would suggest coming to visit us and have a video radiograph of your neck and upper back. Your upper back could be locked. (More info in video)
Do you recommend a gluten free diet to rid oneself of hot flashes? Hot flashes started at age 46, I’m now 60. My doctor took me off of the HRT last year (which only curb the intensity) and placed me on Effexor-venlafaxine rx…nothing seems to work. I do take Synthroid for hypothyroid as well and my uterus has been removed decades ago. I’m very tired of these flashes to say the least. I experience more than 20-30 a day. Please advise.
I have found there are three top reasons for hot flashes: not enough iodine, adrenal fatigue, and the need for the right oil. (More info in video).
I have had part of my pancreas and my spleen removed because of a small cancerous mass successfully removed. What is the best way to get back on track feeling good gastronomically? I am in continuous pain in the stomach area.
We have had great results with chlorophyll with gut healing.
Could you talk about the Connection between low iron, high estrogen and stress? I am sure there must be such a connection. Have a good weekend.
The liver has everything to do with estrogen. (More info in video)
Good morning Dr. Bob, I am a Kenyan and would like to ask for your assistance. Been to many doctors but none can pinpoint what is wrong. I feel like there is something going wrong in my body and i don’t want to wait for it to become a disease. I suffer from pain in my body (muscles) happens randomly on different parts for a few seconds. My thyroid hormones have been tested and are okay, been tested for arthritis and lupus and all are negative. I usually feel like the pain is more when I eat wheat products so i have been avoiding this of late. All tests i did were normal except ESR which was high at 31. I am so scared. Am still young 29, recently married and would love to have kids soon. Please assist me. Most doctors prescribe NSAIDs but I would like to correct the source of the problem. I had asthma when i was young, I struggle with eczema and I have PCOS. I believe all this are as a result of my inflamed body. I just want to be healthy. Please help me.
PCOS is an iodine need; blackcurrant seed for asthma, and to stop eating gluten to make sure minerals are absorbed (More info in video).
I have been diagnosed with Sjrogens syndrome with this I get extreme dry mouth and throat where it is very hard to swallow and I have extreme knee pain which they think is from this I’m on hydrochloroquil and nortriptyline for fibromyalgia what alternatives are there for Sjrogens and fibromyalgia also right now I have a bladder infection which I have no symptoms for my kidney function was good but they had found white and red blood cells in urine analysis.
From my experience, this stems back to adrenal fatigue and exhaustion (More info in video)
