Dr Bob what do you think of the surgery to lose weight? Many of my friends went thru this surgery; been thinking about it, but something just don’t feel good about it. Are there any known health issues as a result of this surgery? Thank You very much for helping so many people with your knowledge.
Whenever you change body physiology, there will be side effects. Weight gain is physiological and unless every area is addressed, the likelihood of the weight gain to return is not uncommon.
Dr Bob, please can you give me an advice? What is the natural remedy for uterine fibroids? I decided to go for surgery because my fibroids are growing in numbers and sizes, and giving me discomfort sometimes and i don’t know how to deal with this tumors except to have them remove. Thanks.

Do you offer any support or help for people with bulging discs? I am being told I need to do either a lower lumbar fusion or a stem cell therapy to regenerate the cushioning that’s disappearing.

What is the best way to improve digestion? I have gas all the time.
It’s important to watch your food combination (i.e. instead of steak and potatoes, try steak and green beans). Most people do not have enough digestive enzymes.
