]]> Hi Everyone!

Where has this year gone? This year has seen us move from our Elyria office to Westlake, a new website, new technologies to help you, and new videos to keep you informed. Our last “Get To Know” of the season is on weight loss, which I did one a few years ago, prior to my 20:12 experience. In this “Get To Know”, I talk about my weight loss journey during those twelve weeks, and how I have continued to keep the pounds off.

I also wanted to let you know of two things that will be happening in 2014. The first is #OptimalU, which is going to be a year-long campaign based off my updated “Guide To Optimal Health”. For more information on our campaign, click here, I hope you can join us!

Second, I know many of you have weight loss questions, which is why we will be starting The Drugless Diet in our offices, and we will be releasing “The Drugless Diet” at some point in 2014, so stay tuned.
