Limit Commitments
-I want to give you the doctor’s note that allows you permission to say “No” when someone asks you to take on a project you know you don’t have the time for but you say “Yes” anyway. There is a right way to do this without offending or hurting feelings, and it’s easier than you’ve ever imagined. My wife, Debbie, and I have learned to graciously reply, “I can’t say Yes,” to these requests. You may want to practice saying this to yourself in the mirror until it’s become ingrained in your memory. You don’t need to offer any reasons why, and you’ll find that turning these invitations down becomes more comfortable with time.
Add Minerals
-For renewed energy, add minerals to your daily routine. A pure mineral source and company is Selina Naturally’s Celtic Sea Salt.
