In our next series of #NoMeds’ evaluations, we are placing the spotlight on your immune system. There is no “right” or “wrong” answer, more of an honest look at your daily life and whether or not foods you consume, or other lifestyle occurrences can compromise your immune system.
Here are the questions: (Dr. Bob’s answers and suggestions to follow next week)
* Do you have white spots on your fingernails?
* Do you have a nighttime cough?
* How often do you have a bowel movement?
* Do you eat sushi, wild game, pork or have a cat?
* Do you chew your nails?
* Do you smoke cigarettes, pipe or cigars?
* How much sugar do you eat daily?
* Does bright light bother your eyes?
* Is peanut butter on your menu two or three times a week?
* Do you have toenail and or fingernail fungus?
* Do you drink soda?
* How much alcohol do you consume?
* How many a meals do you eat out in a week?
* How many hours of sleep do you get in 24 hours?
* How much exercise do you engage in a week?
* Do you like your employment location and position?
* Are in a solid personal relationship with someone?
