#OptimalU-Week 10 Recap
March 12, 2014
Hi Everyone!
This past week, we began our March focus which is on exercise, and I hope that they have brought value to your life and you were able to incorporate them into your daily routine. Also this week, videos about corn syrup, and vitamin B-based foods. On the 26th we will have our next Google+ Hangout. Trust me, we will have our biggest giveaway yet, so you won’t want to miss!

Day 1: Look at your posture in the mirror. Your ear should be over the middle of your shoulder. Every inch your ear is forward, increases the weight of your head by ten pounds.
Day 2: Walk in the early morning or early evening sun (the rest of the paragraph talks about vitamin D).
Day 3: Avoid food with high fructose corn syrup, which tends to reduce the hormone leptin, which tells your brain you are full. Note: the best maple syrup is organic grade B.
Day 4, 5: Off
Day 6: Liberally use Celtic Sea Salt (that’s it). Their Electrolyte Powder is a healthy alternative to replenish minerals while exercising or for a daily boost.
Day 7: Do you cry without reason & crave SUGAR? Add whole-grains (gluten-free) to your diet including brown rice.
