April 16, 2014
Hi Everyone!
In my #OptimalU recap this week: Limit your nightshades, eat greens for minerals, and simple steps to help you sleep better. Enjoy!
Dr. Bob
Day 1: The hours in bed BEFORE midnight promote healing and restoration. Sleep between six and eight hours each night.
Day 2: Nightshades including tomatoes, green pepper, and eggplant can interrupt your calcium and phosphorous balance.
Day 3: Cover all the lights in your bedroom while sleeping, including your alarm clock, night lights, TV, etc. Remember that waking up hungry is a positive body signal that you are creating growth hormone while you sleep.
Day 4: Homegrown herbs on your favorite dishes enhance the flavor.
Day 5: Off
Day 6: A hot bath with mineral salts will help calm the tissues and is an excellent source of minerals. Avoid toxic-sourced bubble bath compounds.
Day 7: A need for sunglasses suggests a need for potassium-rich cucumbers.
