Can you believe that we are in our last few days of April? Time is flying, and I can’t believe our #OptimalU is 1/3 complete, but I’m looking forward to the images and videos that I will be sharing throughout the next eight months. Tomorrow is our April live event, and I would love for your to join me, and to make sure that you stay for the giveaway at the end!

Day 1: Avoid bananas, raisins, grapes, pineapple, dairy, and sugar if you have chronic neck pain.
Day 2: Do you take medications to help you sleep through the night? Instead, try exercising through the day and eat sesame seeds and almonds for a source of calcium, which is why my #OptimalU on page 382 for today says: Common health conditions nearly always respond to lifestyle modification.
Day 3: Add peppermint leaves to your favorite herbal tea.
Day 4, 5 Off
Day 6: Are you satisfied with your hair? Did you know that what you put on your hair (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) is absorbed into your body. Instead, help your hair with what you eat, which is today’s #OptimalU on page 390: Eat mineral-rich organic greens (raw, steamed, sautéed) which are a great source of minerals. Hair strength, quality, and thickness are related to gland function and mineral levels.
Day 7: Do you have pain without cause? Add sesame seeds (these are from Celtic Sea Salt & Selina Naturally), almonds, and mixed greens to your diet while ELIMINATING dairy for one month.
