Hi I have another question is dim In broccoli that stops male hormones from being converted to estrogen? And where can we get organic broccoli from and how can we absorb it if liver is not well? (They are not from United States). I would get frozen broccoli from somewhere in the world.
Even though I normally do not promote frozen or canned, do what you can do get broccoli. I would also consider Chrysin, which stops testosterone from being converted to estrogen.
Does peppermint tea or oil dissolve or break down gallstones? NO
The short answer is no. I would encourage you to purse Phosphatidylcholine, this emulsifies the fat in your body.
Hi Dr Bob, my symptoms are weakness in my legs and lower arms, off-balance, very wobbly and change of voice and sometimes I sounds like I am drunk, but I do not drink! I am waiting to have a genetic blood test. Had a MRI of brain and cervical. Results were ok except cervical was not good. Please can you help and what can I do? Change in Voice etc.
You may have a condition called Myasthenia Gravis. We have helped individuals with this by following the numbers. (More info in video). Here’s the contact information for our practice.
Just needing to know if I should be taking Calcium (and anything else?) along with Vitamin D? My Dr. put me on 50,000 units of Vit. D3, once a week for 12 weeks. The nurse didn’t say anything about taking calcium with the Vit. D. I read that you should take calcium with Vit. D though?
At our practice, we do a vitamin D testing and I take liquid vitamin D3 myself. I normally do not recommend 50,000 (5-10K is normal to recommend). If you are taking vitamin D and you notice your skin is becoming itchy, it is a body signal your body needs calcium.
Interested in your suggestions for treating non-diabetic neuropathy. Vitamin B6 and 12 seem of little benefit. Recently have begun ALA, seems to help a bit also massage via Homedic handheld device seems to help.
I would consider phosphatidylcholine (see an above question, too). I often see burning feet (a symptom sometimes), which is a body signal of an overworked liver.
Hello Dr Bob, Thank u for the answer last week. I see ridges on my tongue and having TMJ OA. I want to know after fixing the straight neck, can the TMJ just become normal?I heard another school of thought that because of jaw problem, cervical spine becomes straight and having TMJ Syndrome with neck muscle pain.
Everyone can respond differently to chiropractic adjustments, but we have seen practice members whose jaw was corrected when their spine was corrected. Our primary goal is to restore normal neck function, if that does not make a difference, please consider seeing a TMJ specialist. (More info in video)
I am taking ABC smoothie with Celtic sea salt and apple cider vinegar at the time being. I know that I need to adjust my cervical and lumbar spines for hormonal imbalances to speed up fixing problems.
I wish I live near your place. Thank you very much for your good quality information.
Dr. Bob: My husband and I (senior citizens) travel frequently, sometimes internationally. I seem to be the only one to get sick, either on the trip or after coming home. Sometimes it is Diarrhea but most of the time it is an upper respiratory infection. Is there anything I can do to alleviate it? This last time I was ill for two weeks with lots of coughing.
Traveling consistently may affect your adrenal glands. You may consider purchasing an ionizer which protects you from unwanted organisms. (Check the airline you are flying to see if they allow those).
Hello, looking for info on leaky gut syndrome. Need to find out supplements to take. Lots of info out there but I trust that your info to be more trustworthy. Help! I have started a veggie and meat only diet so far.
In our practice, we use L-Glutamine, especially if your carbon dioxide (CO2) is low. Other product mentioned -> BioDoph-7 Plus.
